Refund Policy for New Accounts and Registration Fee:
All newly purchased accounts are covered by a 10 day money back guarantee. Should you become dissatisfied with our services at any point within the first 10 days of holding an active account, we will refund your money in full (less 10% commission if you have paid online using Payment Gateway) unless otherwise specified at, or prior to, the time of purchase. Notification of your intent to cancel your account must be given by email prior to the 15th day of your contract. We shall cancel all our services / terminate all the accounts (including third party tools or any other application integrated by us and refund will be initiated. In case of abuse of service or transfer of service (after FREE period) to any other vendor - Apparatus Solutions will immediately terminate all the services provided by us or by our vendor and there will be NO refund provided for the same. Apparatus Solutions will NOT be responsible for any loss of Data or pending services due to termination or Deletion of any services.

It is the customer's responsibility to update us at least 7 days prior to the epiration date for the renewal of the service. No refunds will be granted for domain name renewals under any circumstances.
All refunds will be made in the same mode, which the client had used in making the payment for his Invoice.
